Consultations
The Practice offers a strictly private and confidential service to all age groups.
The initial consultation is arranged by telephone or email and confirmed by letter. After this consultation of approximately one hour, further checks may be advised of half an hour for any recommended test results to be discussed and the trichological regime suggested to be reviewed. This allows for the monitoring of progress toward a comfortable scalp.
The products made are blended to suit your individual needs, for home and/or clinical use. Follow-up prescriptive products can be ordered by telephone or fax and posted or delivered to you.

Hair Restoration
For those thinking of hair surgery and wish to find the very best. Referrals are recommended to members of The British Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons.
Added Hair
For all who are considering additional hair; in the form of postiche or extensions, advice and help can be given and referrals arranged. Please contact us for further information.

Trichological Preparations
Mrs Susan Devenish Mutton is licenced with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to prescribe, mix, and supply preparations for the hair and scalp, to her existing patients, following consultation and diagnosis.
Preparations are mixed and supplied for individual needs of each patient including their family members, for the relief and control of sensitive scalp conditions, including excessive oiliness, eczema, pityriasis, psoriasis, hair shedding, hair thinning and hair losses, both patchy and diffuse.
The products made up and used during treatment in the practice will be supplied for home use and when further products are needed they can be purchased at the prices below. Instructions for application and use will be supplied. If in doubt please send an email and seek my advice to discuss preparations for your future use. Advice can be sought or a date can be arranged for a follow-up visit to assess patient needs.

Postage and packaging is charged at £4.00 for 1-3 items, and £0.50 per additional item, delivered via Royal Mail. Orders are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain time frame and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Orders can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque.
Our products are only available to existing patients who have undergone a consultation, and as such only customers who have been invited to create an account will be able to complete the checkout process on our site.
About Susan
The practice of Clinical Trichology and its promotion has been my profession since 1992 including mixing and supplying my own preparations; registered with the Department of Health – Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, MHRA, enabling me to prescribe, mix and supply suitable preparations for the individual needs of my patients. I see people of all ages who are concerned about irritation, redness, or flaking of the scalp, which may affect the growth and texture of the hair.
